Let’s be honest—the last two weeks against Mizzou and South Carolina were tough to swallow. But this Saturday, the Gators are heading to Austin for an 11:00 AM kickoff against a top-ranked Texas team, and the Gateway Gator Club is still bringing the energy.  

Why come out when the season hits a rough patch? Because Saturdays in St. Louis are about the community just as much as the football. We’re swapping the stress of the scoreboard for great food, cold drinks, and good company.

Whether we pull off the upset or just need to commiserate together, here is what we have lined up this week:

• The Venue: We'll have the game on plenty of screens in the private room at the front of the The Post Sports Bar & Grill - Creve Coeur

• Open Seating: Be there when doors open at 11am to grab a great spot, and mingle with fellow alumni.

• Giveaways: We’re giving away door prizes and have drawings for additional Gator swag.

• 3rd Quarter Tradition: Win or lose, we are still locking arms for We Are the Boys at the half followed by Tom Petty’s I Won’t Back Down.

Join the Gateway Gator Club and the St. Louis Georgia Alumni chapter as we team up to co-host our massive annual rivalry watch party! We're taking over Ballpark Village for the biggest matchup of the year.

Expect full stadium sound and the game broadcast on BPV's massive screens. Arrive early to secure a great seat before the 2:30 PM CT kickoff, and stick around for an epic game day experience featuring:

• Live DJ & Entertainment: High-energy music and hype from pre-game through the final whistle.

• Quarterly Giveaways & Scholarship Drawing: Compete every quarter to win BPV gift cards, sponsor swag, and local St. Louis sports tickets. Plus, enter our special Gator drawing supporting the Gateway Gator Club Scholarship Fund.

• Game Day Drink Specials: $25 beer buckets, $5 Deep Eddy cocktails, and Florida"Gatoraid"-themed shots.

• Reserved Seating: Main center tables are split evenly and reserved for Gators on one side, Bulldogs on the other. Bringing a large crew? Reserve a circular booth using this link.

Football Watch Parties!

We've hosted watch parties for each game in 2025 and these games so far in 2026:

9/5 - vs. FAU, 9/12 - vs. Campbell,  9/19 - at Auburn
9/26 - vs Ole Miss, 10/3 - Watch Party & Tailgate at Mizzou
10/10 vs Texas

The St. Louis Gateway Gator Club hosted the return of this annual event at Ballpark Village on Saturday, August 29.

We invited all STL area SEC Alumni groups and ten clubs showed up to tailgate with us! Ballpark Village provided us with free parking, space, electric, and live music during the event.

We hope to continue this yearly tradition to get a chance to both reconnect with existing club members and recruit new members to our clubs.

Welcome to the Gatorhood events welcome Gators including recent graduates, new residents, students, family, and friends to their new “Gatorhood” to build social and professional networks.

The events are open to ALL Gators to celebrate and we ask that all club members and friends o UF come to welcome our new neighbors into our St. Louis Gatorhood!

This year's event will be held in a private space at the Pat Connolly Tavern. They have a great kitchen, full bar, non-alcoholic options, and are family-friendly.

FREE Gator Nation swag will be given away at this event.
